Shipping policy

• We deliver within South Africa only.
• Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are outlined at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, public holidays, or unforeseen events.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 2 - 5 Business Days after payment confirmation.

Important:

If the actual delivery cost exceeds the flat-rate shipping fee paid at checkout (due to remote area surcharges, oversized items, or special handling requirements), the additional shipping cost will be for the client’s account. In such cases:

• An additional invoice will be issued for the excess shipping amount.
• This invoice must be paid in full before the order will be dispatched.
• We reserve the right to delay shipment until full payment is received for all associated shipping costs.
